Today I came across a park in Wan Chai. At the Entrance, they posted two 3 ft long banner saying NO DOGS ALLOWED! On the banner, it also have a circle sign with faces of a lab, a pug, a yorkshire and a chiwawa and a big cross over their face. So some body please tell me, what are they trying to promote?? Hong Kong Government has to do something about the growing population of pets in Hong Kong. There is not enough places for dogs to hang out. We have plenty of parks but most of them do not allow dogs. Why not spend the money on education about how to be a pet owner and make it a positive remark like pickup after your dogs instead of not allowing dogs to be in the park.
